Foodie Alert!

America's Test Kitchen has done it again! My aunt Geri recently let me borrow her America's Test Kitchen Cookbook. Which, might I add, is the best cooking show on T.V. Any who...the first recipe I made out of it was the Slow Cooker Guinness Beef Stew (minus the Guinness).

Chris and I had sandwiches Sunday for lunch and then I started the stew in the crockpot because it was very cold Sunday and it would be done in time for dinner! I did make some alterations to their recipe simply because 1). we don't have beer in our house, 2). chocolate seems weird in stew, 3). I didn't have parsnips. The chocolate and parsnips I left out and I substituted water for the Guinness Draught.
VERY GOOD CROCK POT STEW RECIPE!

I would put the recipe on here but it's too long and I don't want to type it out and I couldn't find it online so you'll just have to get your own America's Test Kitchen Cookbook :)
